B&G Series 100 Three-Piece, Oil Lubricated Booster Pump |
 The industry standard circulator for decades, Series 100 is still the one by which most others are judged. With well over 10 million units installed, the Series 100 remains a leader in applications such as hydronic heating and domestic hot water circulation.
Series 100's three-piece, oil lubricated design provides for easy field service with bearings, shaft and seal all housed in an assembly which can be easily repaired or replaced.
The Series 100 oil lubricated motor is manufactured at Bell & Gossett's Morton Grove, IL, facility. It has been specifically designed for the Series 100, and its resilient mounting provides quiet, dependable service with minimum annual lubrication. UL and CSA listings are standard. The design of this motor, coupled with its overall hydraulic performance, allows the Series 100 to overcome system related noise caused by valves, fittings, or piping.

New Bell & Gossett EASB-JR Air Separator |
Bell &Gossett has introduced the EASB-JR, a micro-bubble air separator that makes both  residential and commercial hydronic heating systems more efficient, operate quieter, and last longer.
Featuring a brass body and stainless steel internal components, the EASB-JR Air Separator is designed to automatically remove entrained air bubbles in hydronic systems. As fluid enters the air separator, the velocity is decreased creating a low- pressure area. The small bubbles are released from fluid and then collect on the coalescing medium. As the bubbles coalesce, they rise to the top of the air separator where they are released to atmosphere through the built-in automatic air vent.
The compact design and the no-minimum straight pipe requirements allow EASB-JR to be installed wherever air is a problem. Several sizes offered:3/4 ”,1 ”,1 1/4 ” and 1 1//2 ” NPT and 3/4 ”,1 ” and 1 1//4 ” sweat.. The EASB-JR features a non-clog vent design that eliminates callbacks due to the fouling of the valve, and a 1/2 ” NPT connection that allows easy connection to a diaphragm tank. The EASB-JR comes with a three-year warranty.

The Series CT features the same size suction and discharge connection sizes. Low NPSH design down to 3' provides trouble-free performance for condenser water applications. Heavy bronze-fitted or all-iron construction with a maximum working pressure of 175 psig. Cast iron wear ring is standard. Oversized motor bearings for long life. Maximum temperature is 212ºF with standard Buna seal elastomers, 250ºF with optional EPR seal elastomers.

 Multi-stage Vertical Turbine Pumps with bronze impellers and cast iron bowls. The line shaft turbine pumps have above-ground discharge with water-lubricated line shaft bearings. The column pipe coupling has bronze centering spiders with fluted-rubber line shaft bearings. The bowls are vitra-glass coated in the waterways for improved efficiencies.
