Gray Mills Agitator Series Pumps
Agitator Series Pumps Order OnlineAgitator pumps are designed for use with liquid containing solids which must be kept in suspension or require constant circulation to maintain uniform viscosity. A port in the pump volute bypasses a jet stream of fluid to "stir" tank contents. A port plug is furnished so that the bypass can be eliminated when tank agitation is not desired.
  • Pump column lengths from 7-5/8" to 16-3/4" plus drum lengths.
  • Horsepower: From 1/8 to 2 HP.
  • Flows to 90 GPM.
  • Normal viscosities from 300 SSU to 500 SSU.

Available in both closed column (HRTG model) and easy-to-clean Tri-Rod design. In order to extend motor life, rod style pumps are equipped with a vapor diffuser which prevents solvent vapors from diluting the motor bearing grease. These pumps are also available as part of a pump and round tank system with 2-gallon (HRTG only), 10,20, or 30 gallon capacities.

Gray Mills FM Series Pumps

FM Series PumpsOrder OnlineFM Series pumps are capable of pumping a wide range of viscosities. They are compact, yet they offer the performance and dependability of larger pumps. Graymills's volute design enables FM Series pump to pump down to an extremely low level. Discharge is above the integral mounting flange.

 

 

  • Pump column lengths from 3-1/2" to 12-1/2".
  • Horsepower: 1/8, 1/4.
  • Flows to 18 GPM.
  • Normal viscosities to 500 SSU.

These pumps will drop through a 4-1/2" hole supported by their integral mounting flange. Discharge is above the mounting flange. Discharge diameter and maximum viscosity for each pump are listed below. Pump performance and available motor suffixes as shown. FM Series pumps can be purchased as part of a pump and tank unit with a 6, 10, or 17 gallon capacity.

Gray Mills Multi-Stage Pumps
Multi-Stage Pumps Order OnlineGraymills Multi-Stage pumps are designed to handle the tough jobs, when high pressure and coolant delivery is required to keep drilling, boring, grinding, turning and milling machinery in top working condition.

MSPR Series Pumps

Available in 5-, 7-, 9-, or 13-stage models, the Graymills MSPR series provides steady, pulsation-free coolant delivery that expedites chip removal and heat dissipation needs. These pumps permit increased feed rates by preventing thermal shock to cutting tools and lengthening tool life substantially.

MSPR pumps are designed for extended service life. They are manufactured with long-lasting cast iron in the discharge head and suction head. Corrosion resistant 300 series stainless steel and thermoplastic internal components are encased in a stainless steel shell. The mechanical seal has carbon/silicon carbide faces, viton elastomers, and 300 stainless steel parts. Abrasion resistant impellers and diffusers are high strength glass-filled thermoplastic. By attaching the suction head and discharge head to the multi-stage body with O-rings and threads, rather than glue and welds, this design is easy to disassemble, easy to maintain.

MSPR pumps can be combined with 21, 38 or 50 gallon Graymills tank kits to create a total circulating system. Please contact us for more information.

Flange Mount Pumps BSW/CSW, DSW/ESWOrder OnlineFlange Mount pumps are designed to mount to the outer wall of integral machine sumps or tanks. All Flange Mount pumps have two horizontal discharge ports as standard to facilitate plumbing from either side, with a single internal port available as an option. Sealed pumps are available for applications in which the pump motor is mounted below liquid level.
  • Normal viscosities from 300 SSU to 500 SSU.
  • Pump column lengths from 8" to 17-3/8".
  • Horsepower: From 1/8 to 3 HP.

All motors are completely protected from soil and dust, and feature permanently lubricated, sealed bearings. Motors larger than 1/4 HP are fan cooled. Self-priming with a 2 ft. maximum self-priming lift, IMS Series pumps may be mounted above liquid level as well as other locations remote from the tank. Gray Mills Drum Pumps
Order OnlineGraymills offers several styles of drum pumps to meet the needs of industry. The MLTP Series and LLTP Series are transfer pumps designed to move liquids from 30 or 55 gallon drums to tanks, vats or semi-permanent installations. Transfer Drum Pumps

There are two series in this category to handle most liquids encountered. The LLTP Series is designed to transfer all types of thin bodied, slightly viscous and aggressive liquids from 30 and 55 gallon tanks. The MLTP Series pumps are ideal for corrosive chemicals, solvents, flammables and applications requiring high purity or sanitary construction. These are designed to transfer semi-viscous liquids, detergents, vinegar and motor oil from carboys, 55 gallon drums and tanks.

Optional strainers, static protection kits, motor and drum adapters, filter/lubricators, discharge tubing and mounting accessories are available for these pumps.
